1.Can I make an online order if I don’t have a credit card?
Our online store accepts Direct bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. You can pay using PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques or Bpay.

2.Can I place an order by phone?
You can place an order over the phone by contacting our customer care team on (03) 9544 8506. Please note the same payment terms and conditions apply as if you are ordering online.

3.Can I change or modify my order?
Yes provided the order has not been sent out yet from our end. You can send us an email or call ASAP. Please check all details before completing your order to avoid delay and disappointment .

4.Do I get a tracking number?
We prefer to assist by getting your order promptly delivered by tracking the progress on behalf of our customers. If you prefer a tracking number, we are happy to provide it, just email your request.

5.How do I return an item for an exchange?
For any exchange made, please send the item/s back to the sender including with the return item/s an extra Prepaid Postage Satchel so that we can post it back to you.

6.What can I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to notify the progress has been completed. Depending on
your location, please allow 3 to 5 working days for arrivals. Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
