How Long Delivery Takes
Please allow 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times are measured from dispatch, not from when you place the order, so allow a little extra during busy periods.
Once your order has been sent, we will email you to let you know it is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
We keep an eye on your order and follow up with the courier ourselves, so most customers do not need to do anything. If you would like a tracking number, just email us and we will send it through. You can also track your order here.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If it has been longer than 5 working days since dispatch, please get in touch and we will chase it up for you. Call (03) 9544 8506 between 10am and 4.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday, or use our contact form any time.
