Thank you for your purchase at Fan Everyday Wear online and we hope you will enjoy it. If you are not completely happy, below are instructions on how to return or exchange.
You can return any of the items ordered online either the online store or any Fan Everyday Wear store within Australia.
We are happy to exchange your item/s providing the following Online Return Policy Conditions have been met:
1) The items are returned within 21 days of the date shown on the Tax invoice.
2) Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Fan Everyday wear will not accept returns if change of mind on any garments that have been worn and/or do not have tags attached.
3) Proof of purchase must be provided.
Faulty items can be replaced with the same item initially purchased (subject to
stock availability) or a full refund if stock is not available . All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
Returning Items to FAN EVERYDAY WEAR Online store
To Obtain an exchange or refund via Fan online store, simply refer to the attached tax invoice form that came with your purchase. Complete the required details, including reason for the return and send back the unwanted item(s). We strongly advice not to re-use our courier bag, you will need to send back the item(S) in different packaging.

As soon as we received your return we will promptly process your request excluding the shipping costs. If exchange, we can not guarantee the stock availability on the items you want in your size. If return are made due to faulty good or not as ordered – in which case Fan Every day wear will pay all shipping charges on faulty items.
The online store cannot accept returns or exchanges that were initially purchased at a physical store.
Returning items to any Fan Everyday Wear Store
Items purchased online can be exchanged (excluding shipping cost) at any Fan Everyday Wear store within Australia, provide all online Return Policy Conditions (as shown above) are met. You must present your tax invoice that you received in your parcel as proof of purchase to obtain an exchange.
Gift Vouchers and Credit Notes
Fan Everyday Wear will not accept Gift Vouchers and credit notes issued from physical Fan Everyday Wear store to be use on the Fan Everyday Online store.
